All Season Infused/detox Water

    Stress Relieving Detox Water

    Ingredients
    • Strawberries-3
    • Pineapple- 2 slices
    • Apple cider vinegar- 1 tsp
    • Basil leaves/mint leaves- 6-8 leaves
    • Water- 1 liter
    Method
    1. Prepare the ingredients and place all of them in a container.
    2. Gently smash the fruits to get more flavor.
    3. Let the ingredients sit for 20 minutes before serving. You can also enjoy it cold.
  • Slimdown Detox Water

    Slimdown Detox Water

    Ingredients
    • Orange slices-4
    • Lemon slices- 3
    • Cucumber- 4 slices
    • Fresh ginger- 1 inch (2 pieces)
    • Mint leaves- 5-6
    • Green tea bag- 1 no.
    • Water- 1 liter
    Method
    1. Fill the large container & add all the ingredients.
    2. Let steep at least 2 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.
    3. Enjoy!
  • Grape-Rose Cider Detox Water

    Grape-Rose Cider Detox Water

    Ingredients
    • Grapefruit- 2 slices
    • Apple cider vinegar- 1 tsp
    • Rosemary sprigs-2
    • Water- 1 liter
    • Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
    Method
    1. Simply place fruit,pepper powder,rose mary & apple cider vinegar in a jar add water.
    2. Let it get infused for an hour or 2.
    3. You can enjoy chilled or room temperature.
  • Fennel Infused Water

    Fennel Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
    • Ginger grated- 1 tsp
    • Water – 1 liter
    Method
    1. In water add all the above ingredients let it get infused for 2 hours.
    2. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
  • Celery Infused Water

    Celery Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Water – 1 liter
    • Celery stick,roughly chopped- 1
    • Green coriander- a handful
    • Water melon- 3 cubes
    • Ginger,chopped- 1 inch crushed 2 pieces
    Method
    1. In water add all the above ingredients & let it get infused for 2 hours or more.
    2. You can have it chilled or at room temperature.
  • Chia Seeds Detox Water

    Chia Seeds Detox Water

    Ingredients
    • Chia seeds- 1 tsp
    • Mint/basil leaves- 8 leaves
    • Cucumber- 2-3 slices
    • Lemon – 2 slices
    Method
    1. Rinse the cucumber and fresh mint leaves.
    2. Slice the cucumber, and lemon into semi-thin slices.
    3. Add the cucumber, lime slices & chia seeds along with mint leaves in water.
    4. Add ice cubes somewhere in between, and then fill with fresh cold water. Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
  • Pomegranate Detox Water

    Pomegranate Detox Water

    Ingredients
    • Pomegranate (crush it little) – a small handful
    • Mint- 6-8 leaves
    • Lemon- 3-4 slices
    • Ginger – 2 inch 2 pieces
    • Water – 1 liter
    Method
    1. Simply place the all the ingredients into the pitcher and slightly crush it.
    2. Fill with water & Place in the fridge and allow it to chill for 2 hours.
    3. Serve in your favorite glasses or add a straw & enjoy. It last up to 1 day.
  • Grapefruit Infused Water

    Grapefruit Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Lemon – 3-4 slices
    • Grapefruit- 3-4 slices
    • Cucumber – 3-4 slices
    • Mint/basil – 7 to 8 leaves
    • Water – 1 liter
    Method
    1. Combine all the ingredients in water & let it get infused for 21 hours or overnight. If preparing in night for next morning refrigerate the same.
    2. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
  • Cider Infused Water

    Cider Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Apple cider – 1 tbsp
    • Water- 1 liter
    • Ginger- 1 inch piece(2-3 pieces)
    • Lemon slices- 3-4
    • Raw organic honey- ½ tsp
    Method
    1. In a mason jar or in a bottle add all the above ingredients & infuse for an hour. Do not prepare the same overnight & keep as apple cider will stink badly. You can prepare the same in the morning & take with you.
    2. Enjoy, keep sipping & finish on the same day.
  • Vitamin B Infused Water

    Vitamin B Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Rosemary- 1 sprig
    • Lemon slice-2
    • Peach -2 slices
    • Watermelon or pineapple – 4 chunks
    • Raspberries – 3-4
    • Water- 1 liter
    Method
    1. Slice the ingredients and mix them together in a large pitcher.
    2. Add water & refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
    3. Serve and enjoy.

    • Mint leaves- 5-6
    • Lemon slices- 3
    • Water – 1 liter

    1. In water add all the above ingredients & let it get infused for 2 hours or more.
    2. You can have it chilled or at room temperature it will last for same day.
  • Apple & Cinnamon Water

    Apple & Cinnamon Water

    Ingredients
    • Apple – 2 slices
    • Cinnamon – 1 (stick)
    • Water – 1 liter
    Method
    1. Put the apple slices & cinnamon stick at the bottom of the bottle then add water let it get infused water in the fridge not more than 1 day. You can infuse for 2 hours or overnight.
    2. Enjoy it chilled or at room temperature.
  • Super Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Dandelion tea bag- 1 no
    • Lemon juice- 1 tsp
    • Ajwain seeds (carom seeds) – ½ tsp
    • Water- 1 liter
    Method
    1. In an mason jar or infused bottle add water, dandelion tea bag, ajwain seeds & lemon juice you can prepare the same overnight & store in refrigerator for next day use if running short of time or can prepare & infused for an hour.
    2. Keep sipping & enjoy.
  • Citrus Infused Water

    Citrus Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Orange – 4-5 slices
    • Lemon slices- 3 slices
    • Ginger- 1 inch piece
    • Grape fruit- 2 slices
    • Water – 1 liter
    Method
    1. Combine all the ingredients and placing it immediately into 1 liter of fresh water. Infuse and chill for 8 to 12 hours in the refrigerator before drinking. Serve in a glass with ice or at room temperature.
  • Orange Cloves Infused Water

    Orange Cloves Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Orange – 4 slices
    • Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
    • Green Cardamom – 2 to 3
    • Cloves – 3 to 4
    • Water – 1 liter
    Method
    1. Combine all the ingredients in an mason jar or bottle in 1-2 liters of fresh water. Infuse and chill for 8 to 12 hours in the refrigerator before drinking.
    2. You can have it cold or at room temperature.
  • Herbal Infused Water

    Herbal Infused Water

    Ingredients
    • Oregano leaves dried or fresh- 5 leaves/1 tsp
    • Rosemary dried or fresh- 2 sprigs
    • Tulsi leaves- 7-8 leaves
    • Clove – 2-3
    • Boiled water- 1 liter
    Method
    1. In boiled water steep all the above ingredients for 20-25 minutes. Once cooled strain the same in mason jar or bottle.
    2. Enjoy it chilled or at room temperature finish within the same day.
  • Ginger Lemon Detox Water

    Ginger Lemon Detox Water

    Ingredients
    • Lemon- 3 slices
    • Ginger – 1 inch sliced fresh ginger
    • Mint – 6-8 leaves
    • Red chili powder- ¼ tsp
    • Water- 1 liter
    Method
    1. Combine all the ingredients in water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. It’s best to infuse for 8-12 hours.
