Cut chicken breasts into thin strips with a knife. In a mixing bowl, marinate it with cumin powder, paprika, and juice of lemon, salt, oregano. Let chicken rest in marinade for 10-15 minutes.
Once the chicken is marinated with all the spices, heat a pan with a little oil. Add chicken pieces on a medium heat, and cook until the pieces are cooked and juicy, keeping the pan covered and sautéing to avoid sticking or charring you can also cook the chicken & store in freeze before to save the time.
To assemble the fajita heat the tortilla on gas place a good 2 tablespoon of chicken to the center of the tortillas add onions, capsicums,lettuce leaves & 1 tbsp prepared topping.
Roll the fajita & enjoy.
