Shake your hand with ‘Infused Water’​

Lemon Cucumber Infused Water

Ingredients
πŸ‘‰ Lemon – 1 slice
πŸ‘‰ Peeled cucumber – 2 to 3 slices
πŸ‘‰ Mint/basil – 7 to 8 leaves [optional]
πŸ‘‰ Water – 500 ml
Method
1) Combine lemon, mint/basil leaves and cucumber slices in water, and type with ice. Allow to marinate for at least an hour.
2) You can also allow it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator and next day you can consume it at room temperature or cold. Finish it before the day ends.

Watermelon & Mint Infused Wate

Ingredients
πŸ‘‰ Watermelon – 4-5 cubes
πŸ‘‰ Mint leaves – 6 to 8 leaves
πŸ‘‰ Chia/sabja seeds – 1 tsp
πŸ‘‰ Water – 1 liter
Method
1) Place cubed watermelon, chia/sabja seeds and mint leaves (lightly crushed) in a pitcher.
2) You can also allow it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator and next day you can consume it at room temperature or cold. Finish it before the day ends.

Ginger Lemon Infused Water

Ingredients
πŸ‘‰ Lemon- 5-6 slices
πŸ‘‰ Ginger – 1 inch sliced fresh ginger (2-3 slices)
πŸ‘‰ Mint – 6-8 leaves
πŸ‘‰ Water- 500 ml
Method
1) Combine all the ingredients in water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
2) Next day you can consume it at room temperature or cold. Finish it before the day ends.

Mango Ginger Infused Water

Ingredients
πŸ‘‰ Mango-2 slices
πŸ‘‰ Ginger – 1 inch
πŸ‘‰ Lemon-2 slices
πŸ‘‰ Green coriander- handful
πŸ‘‰ Water- 500 ml
Method
1) Simply place the Mango,green coriander,ginger & lemon into the pitcher and fill with water.
2) Place in the fridge and allow mango to infuse for at least 2 hours.
3) Serve in your favorite glasses & enjoy.

**Consume the infused water in the above combinations only as suggested.
